What kind of bucks will you be hunting in 2010?

Happy New Year Everyone!

Having wrapped up another incredible year at www.LandAndGame.com, our team and clients can again put an unprecedented and measurable value on the performance of all of the properties enrolled in our trademarked Advanced Habitat System™!  Many of you may have already heard about the consistent success our team members and clients have enjoyed year after year with literally dozens of bucks surpassing the coveted Boone and Crockett benchmarks.  Whether taken with a gun or bow, no one can deny the whitetails that come from these specifically engineered environments that are above and beyond what any other fair chase properties can produce consistently.

As many of you already know, this year was also a tremendous year for us regarding land sales with the record breaking sale of the Ron Skoronski Signature farm!  That farm was the largest known contiguous tract of recreational land ever to be sold in Iowa!  Encompassing nearly 3400 acres, it received 4 offers in less than 8 weeks under the marketing efforts of the LandAndGame.com team!  With 2009 now behind us, the year has ended with other large sale contracts having been written to ring in the new year!  Congratulations to all of our clients and staff on their collection of over a dozen Boone and Crockett class kills, including 2 bucks that breached the 200 mark with ease!  Incredibly, not one of the deer taken this year by our clients and team members hunting the AHS™ (Advanced Habitat System™) Implemented Properties scored below the B&C benchmark but one that still taped an amazing 167"!

For me individually, December 30th marked the christening and achievement of the first official Legacy Level property.  After nearly 5 years of intensive management and habitat restoration, my own personal property yielded it's first official 200+" giant.  The buck has preliminarily taped out at 220 1/2 Non-Typical inches!  Details on this hunt will be presented officially in the coming weeks in our January newsletter.  This marks the 4th B&C class buck I've harvested on my property since the implementation of the AHS™.  It's also the third and final buck of the season for me which included the 180-1/2" bow buck from this same property, the 173 bow buck from another AHS™ property just a few days later, and the attached 220-1/2" Non Typical taken just a few days ago with a muzzleloader.  And, with only 85 acres, it's a true testament to what the AHS™ can achieve!
