A highly sensitive bedding area has been established in the core of the property that is off limits year round, while the outlying creeek drainages allow for year round enjoyment chasing turkey, shed antlers, and Morel mushrooms in the spring time! As you can see from the pictures, an incredible amount of deer use the property, especially at this time of the year. But each year there are 3 to 4 bucks that call the property home and it is evident from the little bit of camera monitoring that we use that these bucks rarely leave the property. In some cases we have over 30 pictures throughout the season of the same bucks. Rarely are they caught across the entire farm, however. In most cases a property of this size is difficult to utilize it's raw elements in a manner that will consistently hold as many bucks over 4.5 as this property has proven.
