This appropriately named property has the potential to be one of the most consisting producers of Boone and Crockett whitetails in the state!  With a very valuable timber resource in veneer white oaks and black walnut, it was a large feat for us to talk the current landowner into leaving his timber in it's current condition.  Multiple loggers have a strong interest in pulling the timber off of this place and the owner was considering taking $56,000 contract to have it logged this year.  The natural layout of the property is phenomenal and if the property can be logged under our direction, the benefits to both whitetail and turkey would be incredible.  Couple the logging event with the addition of the implementation of the complete LandAndGame trademarked Advanced Habitat System, and you will never want to leave the state of Iowa to hunt whitetails again!  The scenic rolling hills and timbered draws left me drooling with the thought hanging at the base of the Southeast corner of the farm with a Mathews Reezen in hand!!

Additionally, the farm sits adjacent to the former Wingover Ranch.  The "ranch", as it was known, consists of 380 acres and was groomed for an upland and waterfowl retreat for a locally owned manufacturing plant.  The ownership of that farm is still under that corporation but has been left as a sanctuary for wildife with hunting no longer allowed.  However, it is still watched over to protect the wonderful resources that have been developed there.
